Vassoyo All-in-One
TRAY FORMER, Loader & Sealer
The Vassoyo All-In-One Tray Packer automates the packaging process. It mechanically extracts individual blanks from a hopper, accurately folds, and applies glue to major and minor flaps. An automatic tray former erects trays of diverse sizes and configurations using hot-melt glue, carefully handling tray materials to preserve high-quality graphics and aesthetics for retail display. This versatile system accommodates a wide range of tray styles commonly used across industries, including toys, gaming, auto parts, hardware, consumer goods, and food products. Finally, the integrated VASSOYO PKR modular pick and place cell automatically top-loads products into the formed trays.
