- Positive blank positioner ensures proper blank positioning under the mandrel
- Quick size change-over: Hand wheels with a digital readout and scales with quick release handles
- Compact footprint
- Heavy duty, welded steel frame for 24/7 operation
- Omron or optional Allen-Bradley PLC
- User-friendly, smart color touch screen allowing adjustment of glue patterns, full access to all functions & timing machine. Easy machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Auto-idler for on demand tray forming with remote demand sensor
- Nordson glue system (includes start up support from Nordson)
- Venturi style Vacuum system – low maintenance and reliable oper-ation with controlled & self cleaning vacuum cups
- Positive tray forming system using a male mandrel and adjustable
- female die for consistently well formed and square trays regard-less of board irregularities
- High speed pinch roller mechanism indexes the tray blank at a constant speed, under the glue guns, ensuring accuracy and repeat-ability in applying of the hot melt glue
- Continuously running out-feed belt conveyor provides quick prod-uct evacuation
- Safety features include Category 4 safety circuits, interlocked safety doors, and emergency stops
- All electrical controls
- Sealed bearings in blank transfer and self-cleaning track
- STEEL-IT paint with all moving parts painted bright yellow
