PKR™ Scara pick and place system to load SleekWrapper® flow wrapper

 

The PKR™-Scara robot will be demonstrated picking and placing products directly onto the SleekWrapper F65 horizontal flow packing machine.

Offering an immediate return on investment, this pick and place system replaces 1 to 3 people traditionally used to manually hand load a flow wrapper. The PKR-Scara can be integrated into any new SleekWrapper from ValTara or any 3rd party flow wrapping machine in the field or in house.

Standard features include integrated product infeed conveyor, integrated product conveyor, robust stainless-steel frame, Omron PLC controls with color touch screen, Omron vision guided system, Omron scara robot and easy to program parameters with recipe recall.
