BULK WEIGH FILLING CASES
We offer a wide variety of packaging machines suited for food service and bulk filling applications. Common weigh filling applications are for 5 to 50 pounds of product filled into bags, pouches, containers and corrugated cases. We pride ourselves on providing our customers a wide selection of products based on their desired package style, available footprint, budget and production requirements.
The PrimoLinear™ line of machines is available in several models and is designed for weight dispenses between 2 grams and 50 pounds with fill rates up to 50 cycles per minute.
VERTICAL FORM FILL & SEAL
Our family of vertical bagging machines includes models for both mid-range and high-speed packaging as well as small or large bag sizes.
Popular models include the VerTek® 1600 and VerTek 2400 for bag sizes up to 16 and 24 inches wide respectively. Both vertical bagging machines can produce standard pillow pouches as well as gusseted bags including zipper insertion.
PREMADE WICKET POUCH FILLING
Our family of horizontal bagging machines for premade wicket bags are designed to automatically open, fill and seal pouches including laminated or polyethylene materials, stand-up pouches and pillow pouches with a zipper closure or carry handle.
Wicket pouches are an extremely flexible and versatile packaging solution. Pouches are stacked and held together by use of wicket wires that allow the pouches to be loaded into our automatic bagging machine for filling. Once filled, the pouches are removed automatically from the wicket holder and sealed.
CASE ERECTOR WITH TAPE OR GLUE
The Boxxer case erector automatically erects corrugated RSC or HSC cases and seals them with glue or tape. Our series of case erectors include models for low, mid and high-speed production rates, offering reliable and user-friendly operation at speeds up to 35 boxes per minute.
The Boxxer is inexpensive to maintain due to its mechanical drives and easy-to-access parts allow for consistent production rates.
